Refund policy
All calligraphy and engraving services are custom-made and therefore non-refundable.
Cancellations may be accepted prior to the start of production; however, once work has begun or materials have been prepared, the order becomes final and non-refundable.
In the rare event of an error caused by La Maison Kennedy Co., we will gladly review and correct the issue at our discretion.
For commission pieces in which the client provides their own item (including bottles or goods purchased from a third-party company and shipped to us for personalization), a return shipping and processing fee will apply for the handling, packaging, and return of the item to the client. This fee must be satisfied prior to shipment. La Maison Kennedy Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit once returned to the shipping carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items shipped to La Maison Kennedy Co. for personalization are packaged securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit. If an item arrives damaged due to insufficient or improper packaging, services will not be performed. The client will be notified promptly via email, and photographic evidence of the item’s condition upon receipt will be provided for documentation.
While your item is in our care, we kindly ask that you monitor your email for any communication regarding your order, as timely responses may be required to proceed. Throughout the service process, status updates will be provided as your item is being worked on, with continued communication maintained through completion and shipment.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges & Order Accuracy Policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of calligraphy and engraving services, exchanges are not permitted once an item has been completed or personalized.
For non-personalized items (if applicable), the fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the original piece. Once the return is reviewed and accepted, a separate purchase may be made for the new item. Clients are responsible for all return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original, unused condition. La Maison Kennedy Co. reserves the right to decline exchanges if items are returned damaged or altered.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the correct item is originally provided for personalization. If an incorrect item is sent, the client must notify La Maison Kennedy Co. immediately. For standard, non-rush commissions, please allow a processing time of 3–5 business days from the start of production. The item will be returned provided that no personalization or work has begun. Clients are responsible for all applicable return shipping and handling fees.
